Incredibly delicious food prepared with a lot of love. The eye definitely eats too! The ambience is very cozy and modern. Very attentive and friendly staff who really read your every wish from your eyes. Definitely also suitable for a larger family celebration!

We went here for breakfast today and were more than satisfied. Both with the service and the breakfast itself - simply great! Breakfast included everything your heart desires - from muesli and smoked salmon to a large selection of fresh rolls, sausage and cheese! Everything was very tasty and fresh. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed it - that's the way it has to be - you will be happy to come back and recommend it to others. Thank you!

Fantastic lunch. I have rarely been served as delicious food at a lunch table as there. The host couple also asked how we liked it and were more than satisfied with our answers. Brilliant food and great service - that's how a restaurant has to be run. I will gladly come again.

... What an amazing restaurant! The food is very delicious and it’s displayed to make one eat every more. Very friendly staff and ready to accommodate any wish that one may have. The atmosphere is like in a movie and let’s you drift Away into nostalgia...Although a bit hidden in the industrial area, aren’t GEMS always 😉. Loved it and we’ll be back sooner than later! Very cozy, very friendly and courteous service - very attentive and always on hand (top service) The quality of the dishes is extremely good! We love to come! Now the only continuously open restaurant in Engen. Hopefully it will stay with us for a long time!

Warm, good cuisine throughout, where else can you find it? An enrichment for tight people! I am looking forward to the brunch in March and especially to the terrace in summer. Very courteous innkeepers and passionate cooks.

The Cubi star has recently a new owner and thus also new opening times (open in the evening and on Saturday)! The food was really excellent, good ingredients processed, everything homemade and garnished with love. The nice service makes everything perfect and the evening a nice experience!
